GLParty Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings:

• "GLParty", "we", "us", "our" refers to the GLParty platform operating at glparty.best and the entity responsible for its operation.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register a GLParty account.
• "Account" means the individual PHP-denominated betting account held by a verified GLParty player.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a staking instruction submitted through the GLParty platform and confirmed by our system.
• "Market" means a specific betting selection offered by GLParty on a sporting event, fight, or competition.
• "Settlement" means the process of determining the outcome of a wager and crediting winnings or recording losses in the player's account.
• "PHP" or "Philippine Peso" is the sole currency in which all GLParty account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "Platform" means the GLParty website, betting interface, account management tools, and all related services accessible at glparty.best.

GLParty is a sports betting platform for eligible adults only. To open and maintain an account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted under applicable Philippine law to access and use sports betting services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of an employee of GLParty or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online betting platforms in the Philippines.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended GLParty account.

To place wagers at GLParty, you must first register an account by completing the registration form with accurate and current personal information. The information required includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and contact number.

GLParty operates a one-account-per-person policy. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any duplicate account discovered will be permanently closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

GLParty may require identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or where a suspicious activity flag is raised on an account. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Your GLParty account login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — are strictly personal. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Never share your password with anyone, including individuals claiming to represent GLParty support. GLParty staff will never ask for your password.
• Do not allow other people to access your GLParty account, even family members.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other platforms or services.
• Notify GLParty support immediately at support@glparty.best if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

GLParty will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from shared or compromised login credentials.

All GLParty deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Funds deposited to your GLParty account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning funds sent from a payment source not belonging to the account holder — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

GLParty currently supports the following local Philippine deposit channels:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment channel. These are displayed in the GLParty account interface at the point of deposit. GLParty reserves the right to refuse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source owned by the account holder.

Withdrawals from a GLParty account are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name. GLParty does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the account must have completed identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending document review. GLParty aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe indicated at the point of submission, subject to the payment channel's own processing schedule.

• Withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to the chosen payment channel.
• Any active bonus balance or playthrough requirement attached to a promotion must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings can be processed.
• GLParty reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large-value requests.
• VIP Club members at eligible tiers may receive priority withdrawal processing on qualifying requests, as detailed in the VIP Club terms.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed through the GLParty platform, across all sports and market types including PBA, boxing, MMA, football, Sabong, and any other event offered on the platform.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the GLParty system and a ticket reference number has been issued. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not constitute a valid wager until submission and confirmation.
• The decimal price displayed at the time of confirmation is the price at which the wager will be settled. Prices shown before confirmation are indicative and subject to change.
• It is the player's responsibility to verify the event, selection, market type, price, and stake amount on the confirmation screen before submitting. GLParty does not accept requests to reverse a confirmed wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet submission screen.
• GLParty reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager where there is evidence of manipulation, error in pricing, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Multi-game parlays require all legs to settle correctly for the ticket to win. A single void leg may result in the parlay being recalculated with the voided leg removed, subject to the applicable parlay rules.
• In-play wagers are subject to the same rules as pre-match wagers. Markets may suspend briefly during key moments in a live event. GLParty is not responsible for connection issues that prevent a player from placing a live bet before market suspension.

GLParty settles all wagers based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body, event organiser, or official broadcast source. Settlement is applied according to the specific market rules applicable to each wager type.

If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the result can be determined, the following general principles apply — subject to sport-specific rules:

• If a sporting event is postponed but rescheduled within 48 hours, wagers may remain active and be settled on the rescheduled date, depending on the applicable rule.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, affected tickets are typically voided and stakes returned to the account wallet.
• If an official result is later overturned, GLParty will apply its settlement policy based on the official original result declared at the time of initial settlement, unless a specific rule provides otherwise.
• Where an obvious error has been made in pricing a market, GLParty reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes, regardless of the outcome.

If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly, contact GLParty support at support@glparty.best within 30 days of settlement with your ticket reference number and a description of your query. Settlement disputes submitted after 30 days may not be reviewed.

GLParty may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all GLParty promotions:

• Promotions are available to eligible players only. GLParty reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Bonus funds may be subject to playthrough or wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
• GLParty reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into an active promotion are given reasonable notice of any material change.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited at GLParty and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, or impersonating another person.
• Opening more than one GLParty account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the GLParty platform or to place wagers.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to place wagers at incorrect prices.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or wagering on events in which you have any insider knowledge or influence over the outcome.
• Allowing third parties to access your account, or placing wagers on behalf of another person.
• Using GLParty for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from a payment source not registered in your own name.
• Abusing promotional offers, including attempting to obtain bonuses under multiple identities.
• Any conduct that disrupts the operation of the GLParty platform or causes harm to other players or to the platform's integrity.

GLParty is committed to providing a betting environment that supports responsible play. Sports betting at GLParty is intended as a form of entertainment for eligible adults who are able to manage their wagering within a defined personal budget.

GLParty provides the following responsible gaming tools to every account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can add to your GLParty wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Spending Caps: Set a maximum amount you are willing to spend in a single betting session before the system prompts you to review your activity.
• Cool-Off Periods: Request a temporary pause on betting activity ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off period, your account remains active for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a longer break from betting, you can request permanent self-exclusion from GLParty. This is an irrevocable decision that closes your account and prevents re-registration for a minimum period determined at the time of the request.

Players may request voluntary closure of their GLParty account at any time by contacting support@glparty.best. Before closure is confirmed, any pending wagers will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

GLParty reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been identified.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate the closure.
• The player is found to be ineligible under the conditions set out in Section 2.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming request has been made by the account holder.

Where GLParty closes an account due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Following investigation, balances not attributable to prohibited activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

GLParty provides the platform and its betting services on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure consistent platform availability and accurate market pricing, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GLParty's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the value of the player's account balance at the time of the claimed event. GLParty is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, connection failures, or technical errors beyond GLParty's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security or confidentiality of login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information, odds, or content provided on the GLParty platform without independent verification.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits GLParty's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

GLParty reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, GLParty will provide notice via account notification or email to the address registered on the account.

Continued use of your GLParty account after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account by contacting support@glparty.best before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through GLParty's internal support process.

GLParty operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable to online sports betting in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
