You must be at least 21 years old to open a GLParty account. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Age is confirmed during identity verification. Any account found to belong to a person below 21 will be permanently closed and any balance held pending review.

No. GLParty enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering a second account — even under different details — results in both accounts being permanently closed and any funds being subject to review.
