All GLParty transactions are processed in Philippine Peso through the local payment channels available on the platform — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard.

GLParty does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete e-wallet credentials on its own systems. Payment authentication is handled by the relevant payment provider through their own secured infrastructure. GLParty receives confirmation of a successful transaction and the payment reference details required for reconciliation and support purposes.

Deposit and withdrawal records — including the channel used, amount in PHP, timestamp, and transaction reference — are retained as part of your account record for the purposes described in Section 9 of this policy. These records are used to resolve payment queries and to comply with financial record-keeping obligations.

GLParty requires that all payment sources are registered in the account holder's own name. Where a payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, GLParty reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the account pending investigation, as described in the Terms and Conditions.

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your active GLParty account relationship and for a reasonable period following account closure.

• Identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five years following account closure or the last transaction on the account, whichever is later.

If GLParty discovers that personal data has been collected from a person below the minimum age requirement, that data will be deleted and the associated account closed immediately.
